These terms cover the use of join.lift-stl.com and the requests you make through it. Membership and personal training are governed by the agreement you sign at the gym. Where the two differ, the signed agreement wins.

What this site does

The site lets you request a 7-day pass, book a personal training evaluation, or ask a coach to call you. Sending a form is a request. A coach or a member of staff will get back to you to confirm times, availability and pricing. Nothing is booked or purchased until we confirm it with you.

The 7-day pass

The pass is for new visitors who are local residents aged 18 or over, one per person. It covers seven consecutive days from your first visit. We may ask for photo identification, and we may decline or end a pass at our discretion.

Personal training

Every training client starts with the Starting Plan, which is $130 and includes an hour with a coach, a training program, nutrition guidance and one month of gym access. If you continue with coaching, the $130 goes toward your first pack; if you do not, you keep the program and the month of access. Session prices depend on the coach, and packs are sized and priced with you. Packs are sold in full and are non-refundable and non-transferable unless your signed agreement says otherwise. Give 24 hours' notice to move a session; a late cancellation or a no-show uses the session. If your coach cancels, you keep the session. Prices and terms can change; the price you agree at the evaluation is the price you pay for that pack.

Health and safety

Training is physical, and you take part at your own risk. Tell your coach about injuries, conditions and medications, and see a doctor before starting if you have any doubt about your health. Nothing on this site is medical advice. You will sign a waiver and a health questionnaire before you train.

Text messages

By ticking the consent box on a form you agree to receive text messages from Lift STL about your request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We do not share your number or your consent with third parties for their own marketing. For questions, call 314-296-3117.

Using the site

Do not submit someone else's details, send abusive or automated requests, or try to interfere with the site. The photos, text and design on these pages belong to Lift STL or are used with permission, and you may not copy them for commercial use.

Liability

We do our best to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will be error free or always online. To the extent the law allows, Lift STL is not liable for losses that come from using the site or from relying on anything on it. This does not limit any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of St. Louis County, Missouri.

Changes

If we change these terms, the date at the top changes with it. Our privacy policy explains what we do with your information.
