This policy covers join.lift-stl.com, the sign-up pages for Lift STL, and what happens to the information you give us there. Lift STL is at 8356 Musick Memorial Dr, Brentwood, MO 63144. You can reach us at 314-296-3117.

What we collect

When you request a 7-day pass, an evaluation or a call, we ask for your first and last name, email address and phone number. You can also tell us your goal, how often you train, what has held you back, which days work for you, how you would like to be contacted, and anything else you want us to know. Those extra answers are optional.

If you arrived from an ad or a link, we record where you came from: the campaign tags in the address, the page you landed on, and the site that referred you. This lets us see which ads bring people in.

Like most sites, we use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel. They set cookies and record pages viewed, buttons clicked and whether a form was sent. They do not receive your name, email or phone number from the form.

How we use it

We use your contact details to get back to you about the thing you asked for: to book your pass, schedule your evaluation or set up your call, and to pair you with a coach. If you check the box that allows text messages, we may text you about your request. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside Lift STL except the services that run our website, forms, contact list and analytics.

Where it goes

Form submissions are stored in our contact list on Wix, which is also where our staff read and reply to them. Analytics data is held by Google and Meta under their own policies. Our website is hosted on GitHub Pages.

Text messages

You only receive texts from us if you tick the consent box on a form. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, and reply HELP for help. Your consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything, and we do not share your phone number or your consent with third parties for their own marketing. How long we keep it

We keep your contact details for as long as you are a member or a prospective member, and for as long as we need them for records and tax purposes after that. Ask us and we will delete what we can.

Your choices

• Ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call or come in.
• Reply STOP to stop text messages at any time.
• Block cookies in your browser. The site works without them; analytics simply stop counting you.

Children

Our pages are for adults. Training for anyone under 18 is arranged with a parent or guardian in person, and we do not knowingly collect a minor's details through the website.

Changes

If we change this policy, the date at the top changes with it. Questions go to 314-296-3117 or the front desk.
