Your Starting Plan

Your first step should move you forward.

Leave with a clear starting point, a program built for your goal, and a month at Lift to put it into action.

Lift Starting Plan
$130
One time
  • One hour, one-on-one, with a coach
  • A program written for you, in the TrainHeroic app
  • A video showing every exercise
  • Nutrition guidance for your goal
  • A month at Lift, 24-hour access
The full $130 comes off your first training pack.

If you don't continue with coaching, the program and the month are still yours.

Then, personal training.

After your hour, you decide. Keep training with your coach, or run the program on your own. Coaching comes in packs of 6, 12, 24 or 48 sessions, every pack includes your membership, and sessions start at $110 depending on the coach. You pick the size with your coach, after you have met them.

The first hour

What happens in your first hour.

You talk, you move, you get measured, and you leave with a plan. There is no workout to survive and nothing to prove.

Questions

Questions?

What does it cost?

Your first hour is $130. That covers the hour with a coach, your program in the TrainHeroic app with a video for every exercise, nutrition guidance, and a month of 24-hour access. If you keep training with a coach, the full $130 comes off your first pack. Coaching is sold in packs of 6, 12, 24 or 48 sessions. Sessions start at $110 and depend on the coach, and bigger packs cost less per session. We sell packs in full, not single sessions.

What happens if I don't buy a package?

You keep everything: the program, the exercise videos, the nutrition guidance and the month of 24-hour access. The $130 is only credited toward a pack if you continue with coaching. There is nothing else to sign.

I've never trained before. Is this for me?

Yes. The hour starts from where you are, not from a template. Your coach writes the program for your level, and every exercise has a video so you are never guessing on the floor. Most people who walk in have never worked with a coach.

How is my program built?

Your coach writes it from your first hour: your goals, training history, strength, mobility, body composition and any injuries. It changes as you go, based on your schedule, how you recover, and what the two-week body-fat checks show.

How much time does it take?

A session is an hour. You and your coach decide how many a week fit your life, and the program covers the days in between. Mornings, evenings and weekends are all available.

What kinds of training do you offer?

One-on-one training, sports performance, weight loss and body composition, small groups of two to four, online programs, and nutrition coaching with a registered dietitian.

How do I start?

Pick your goal on this page, answer two short questions, and a coach calls you to set up your hour. You can also call 314-296-3117 or come to the front desk. Nothing is charged online.

Do sessions expire? What's the cancellation policy?

Sessions never expire. The gym membership that comes with a pack runs for the months listed. Packs are non-refundable and can't be transferred. Give 24 hours' notice to move a session; a late cancel or no-show uses it up. If your trainer cancels, you get the session back.
